To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee

Project Choices

Your job is to create a moving and educational presentation on one of the following topics.  Each topic contains a search term to use when using search engines and reference books, as well as at least one web site with some information to get you started.

  • Your presentation must include some visuals to show the class.
  • Your presentation must last between 10 and 15 minutes.
  • Your presentation must include facts, but must NOT be boring!  This is a Number One criteria!  Make your audience feel and appreciate the topic.  All of these topics are full of emotional meaning.  Use photographs, music; use the tone of your voice; create a play or skit; do something that brings that emotion and feeling of the topic across.

You’ll have one part of a lesson in the library, and one part of a lesson in the classroom, in which to work with your partner(s).
