Two Old Women

Tribute Project—The Interview

General Interview Tips—

§         THINK ahead of time about what you’re going to ask.

§         DON’T BE A ROBOT.  Ask only the questions that will get answers you want to know, in the time you two have for this project.  Do NOT ask this entire list of questions blindly!

§         LISTEN when s/he is speaking!

§         Ask if it’s okay to TAKE SOME NOTES, but don’t let that keep you from listening.

§         Always GET MORE.  Say, “That sounds interesting.  Tell me more about that.”

§         IMMEDIATELY after the interview, WRITE DOWN as much as you can remember of what s/he said!
